Mooresville Dragway completed its D-9 IHRA Summit Pro-Am all in one day, Saturday. Rain dampen Time runs early Saturday and with the forecast of more rain showers on Sunday. The management of Mooresville along with IHRA decided to "Getter done" all on Saturday. " We had to make a call, good or bad, said Mike Westmoreland. With fuel prices so high and the idea of having to reschedule the event, Mark and I felt like it was in the best interest of the racers to get the event in on Saturday". This couldn't have been done without the help of Satch Gregg and his staff of IHRA officials along with the hard working employee's of Mooresville Dragway.
